Garden Furniture SA Refund Policy
This is the refund policy of Garden Furniture SA, an online garden furniture And decor store. If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days. Once we receive the returned items Garden Furniture SA will inspect the items and give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) if the following conditions are met;
- unused,
- in the original packaging,
- and in the condition it was received
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. We will send you a proof of payment via email once your refund has been processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Garden Furniture SA will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging, and in the condition it was received otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
